🥧 It is a small open pie made of rye flour dough with a filling made of potato, fish, berries, millet porridge or mushrooms: it’s one of the most popular snacks in Russian and Finnish Karelia. And yesterday we baked all kinds of pies again for our guests from faraway 👨🏼🍳
It is true recognized as a delicatessen here.
